Another Major Home Addition Completed in Reading, Massachusetts

In 2025, Alvesco Construction completed another major home addition in Reading, Massachusetts. This project significantly expanded the home across several levels, creating more comfortable living space for the homeowners while preparing the property for their future needs.

A New Full Basement

The addition included a new full basement, providing valuable extra space beneath the expanded portion of the house. This area offers many future possibilities, including storage, a workshop, recreation room, home gym, or additional finished living space.

Expanded First-Floor Living Space

On the first floor, we added a spacious living room and TV room while enlarging the existing dining room. The new layout gives the family more space to relax, entertain guests, and enjoy meals together.
